Carousel Studio is NOT made by Canva. It is a third-party app built by an independent team and distributed through the Canva Apps Marketplace.

Here is what that means for you:

  1. Installation: You install Carousel Studio from the Canva Apps Marketplace, just like any other Canva app. It appears on the left side of your design window once installed.
  2. Account and billing: Your Carousel Studio account and subscription are separate from your Canva account. You manage your Carousel Studio plan through the app itself, not through Canva's billing settings.
  3. Support: If you have questions or run into issues, reach out to the Carousel Studio support team directly. Canva's support team cannot help with Carousel Studio-specific questions.
  4. Canva Pro is not required: Carousel Studio works with free Canva accounts. You do not need a Canva Pro subscription to use it.
